Cauldron Recording Studios established in 1999 in the heart of Dublin City is at the forefront of Audio Production in Ireland. Bringing together the very best in talent and creativity, in a warm atmosphere seamlessly integrated with cutting edge technology.
Cauldron Studios has a long established reputation for creative music and audio production in Ireland. Founded by Bill Shanley and Ciarán Byrne in 1999 on Blessingon Street in Dublin City Centre, the facility became famous as the base for debut recordings from Hozier, The Coronas, Lisa Hannigan, Ryan Sheridan and many others over the years.
One of Cauldron’s most important assets are the people that work here. Our audio division is made up of a team that possess great talent. Two grammy award-winning engineers, and highly regarded Producers, making a formidable force both in the Irish and International music markets, skilled in many different musical disciplines including feature films and commercials.
At Cauldron we have recorded and mixed 5.1 surround productions for successful large scale projects for TV and Filmincluding Albert Nobbs (Glenn Close, Brendan Gleeson ), Cilla (ITV), Loving miss Hatto (BBC), Eden (RTE), Hallelujah Broadway (PBS USA), Ooops! Noah is Gone, Thor Legends of Valhalla and Niko 2 Little Brother, Big Trouble (Animation Feature Films).
We can now work seamlessly with clients from around the world. Using Source Connect to make creative collaboration over distance and time zones both practical and most importantly cost effective. In 2009 Cauldron Studios was first to introduce an Online Studio to Ireland, “Imixedit” delivering mixing and mastering using classic vintage and state of the art technology via the internet.
We can suggest to you a roster of talented and experienced audio engineers for any project, Recording, Mixing, Sound design and more. We have huge experience in delivering great audio. From Record Stores to Feature Films.
It’s what we do, but we do it with a difference.
